Harassing phone calls Does The Devil Even Know Where They All Are? Nationwide

NASF repeatedly call people it should not. For those that have posted they receive information in error, or late, I say - bs.

My inlaws have been hounded by them, and even after telling them repeatedly to NOT call (we have filed a complaint with the BBB in our state, as well as NY and GA, and with the FTC) her home, she has had employees tell her: they can do so, and its not against the law.

Well it is against the law, and why they are going to seek damages against them. They have nothing to do with any late or unpaid bills, have repeatedly said so, and are told they 'need to prove that'. They are calling for another family member, and NASF is aware of that family members home and work number. No matter to them. One employee called my MIL 'rude and obnoxious' when she informed him that she sent off the cease letter, and knows it was received, plus the person they want does NOT live there.

This is one of NASF's ploys - they peruse phone listings, and then call people with similar names, hoping for a hit (as was described to me by the FTC investigator) to the person they are looking for, or a relative, and eave messages on peoples answering machines. Again, another no no says the FTC.

They hope that no one will get together and find out the laws, and that each message left, is a violation. And the law is clear: a CA can call once looking for information, however, this particular CA enters these phone numbers into a base that is called daily.in this family, we are all marking down the dates, times and phone numbers.

According to the laws set forth by the FTC, NASF is breaking laws daily. So if its happening to our family, I'm sure it's happening to more familys.

It's blatant harassment and illegal now. Just means more $ for them, and us, every time they ring our phones.
