Deceptive, unfair practices

I am writing to those that want to get a mortgage through Bank of America. My daughter and I had to file bankruptcy because of an onslught of medical bills. We tried to pay them partial paymernts which they would not except. According to our attorney, we cannot save the house if it's behind in payments. Well, we had to pay the attoney nearly 1000,00 and had other bills to contend with so how were we supposed to make entire payments to Bank of America. They are crooks and rude. Beware of Bank of America.
