Took over $1,000 of my money, not responding to phone calls or emails

Promised me a fast & easy lease on equipment. They asked for the first & last month payments to get the lease complete, then they kept dragging out the proccess until I went to another lease co.

They cashed my check & show no sign of giving my money back! $1,020.78. They have not answered my emails or will take my phone calls.
