After showing interest in Lease One, we were constantly hounded by Joe for the $19,900 fee. Shortly after sign up and "donating" $19,900 to Joe/Lease One, we sent in several legitimate deals. None of them got funded. I lodged several complaints and attempted to get ahold of Joe several times. He never returned my calls. I suggest if you want to simply get rid of $19,900, you find a suitable charity.

After six months with nothing to show for it, we went out and found our own sources.

Don't do it! Run, don't walk away from Lease One!
