I am highly upset at NationalMoneyStore.com. I have used their service in the past and had no problems until now... I have tried to contact them by phone since November 22... To inquire about applying an additional payment toward the principal. And to see how much my payment would change to. And could not access my account online either. When you call the number it says they are having technical difficulties to contact them by submitting a question thru the contact us button on the website. I have done this several times... The first time or two I did get a response. I did not authorize any additional funds to be taken out of my account I only inquired. So they brought it on themselves to take $1275 out of my account last week causing alot of problems for me and my family... I can not get them to call or email me... I have told them in an email that I am considering my account paid in full since they took funds from me without my permission... I have made arrangements with my bank to not pay them anything else.
