They take money from yout account even after you have made payment arrangements

I had a death in the family and need money to go home. I was prompt to the VIP laon shop for a loan of 500.00. Under their guidelines they charge 150.00 for each payment that does not go toward the loan. You pay that each payday.

You must put extra money in toward the loan ontop of the 150.00. I was unable to make the first payment due to medical issues. I called them set up a payment for the next payday. I didnt know when I did this the 150.00 was to be payed each payday on top of interest and payment to paydown the loan.

They tried to take out my payment wic eout of my bank account. Both times were returned unsufficient funds. I told them and thats when I made the arrangements but they did this twice left me with a 37.00 fee each time. The first one I ll take but the second one is their fault. I have contacted them was told to contact management for a refund. So far no response. Today I get an email stating thank you for your 175.00 payment! A payment was not suppose to be made until the 20th.

They go into your account even after you set up a payment arrangement. How is this legal? They are taking full advantage of people in need. And going into banks accounts when not authorized. If arrangement were set up and agreed upon how is it legal for them to continue taking from your account without notice?

Tey are truely a ripoff I would never do ths again, thank god it was only 500.00. This should be illegal to do.
