They had me sign my husbands name on the contract. Said they set up the payments for his payday, but didn't. Made payment arrangements and still tried to withdraw funds before the day the arrangement Hobbs

ACL had me sign the contract with my husbands name. I told them he would be in later, they said it was no big deal for me to sign with his name. (FYI it is a big deal, even married) I told them his payday and they were supposed to have the payment set up for the payday, but didn't. I set up payment arrangements since the account was not setup for the payday, they dishonored the date agreed to and tried to withdraw funds on earlier dates. They knowingly tried to pull unavailable funds causing my account to go in to default and have bank fees. I called and told them they were unauthorized to pull any more funds from the bank account, and contacted the bank. They left it alone for a few months, then they tried to withdraw funds in two transactions. Now I get to call the bank and see if I can get it fixed.
