Rip OFF Imperial Benefits Rip Off

I guess I am stupid like other people just trying to recieve a charge card to purchase presents for Christmas. Just like other individuals I have been getting the same excuses for 3 months now, not recieving my MC with a $3,000 limit promised by Christmas of 2003. They took $249 dollars out of my account on 11/21/03 and promised to send my card by Christmas which I never recieved and still have not recieved as of today, 2/15/04.

They gave me more excuses than I could ever imagine.
When I first recieved my package what I thought was going to be my charge card was a bunch of useless flyers. When I called them, they first told me that's what I paid for. I was to say the least, OUTRAGED so I replied that I wanted my money back. They said that I should fill out the credit application and send it back, there was no app. I said to fax it to me, this guy named Jimmy repied, oh the fax machine is broke, I guess I expected that kind of reply! Jimmy said to return the package back and then I would be refunded my money within 10 days. I knew at that point that I got RIPPED OFF!!!

So, I returned the package and called back to see if they recieved it and JIMMY who I talked to numerous times seemed to be the only person ever to answer the phone, said "WHAT PACKAGE" I laughed my _ _ _ off, it was so sickening. I said Jimmy, the pkg that you said to return and he said "OH THAT PACKAGE", unbelievable!

On, at least three or more occasions asked to talked to his supvisor and was told that he was busy, finally one time this so called supervisor Peter Smith came on the phone, (if that name was not original) told me the same thing.

These people need to be caught and put into JAIL, not to RIP OFF anyone, again. Please tell me how to stop them?
