Unlawful Wage Garnishment

Lake Valley Retrievals unlawfully garnished over $7,000 from my wages over this past year. I now have proof that the lien they placed against my home was paid off in full when I refinanced my home. Not only did they not remove the lien from my credit report but they garnished me for the same debt. I was finally able to obtain documents from the USA National Title Company in Huntington Beach. Lake Valley was paid $10,561.56. I can not seem to find contact information for Lake Valley Retrievals. According to BBB it appears that they are not in business anymore, but money continues to be taken out my check. What can I do? Any advice would be appreciated.
