ACS Incorporation He said I owe money for a cash loan payment and threatened me with a lawsuit

A couple of days before I obtained a email from ACS Authorized Division declaring I owed a lot of cash to get a cash loan.

I never received anything out of this location and not obtained and telephone calls or emails or characters he promises they delivered to me. I did contact his quantity which guy was international talking and difficult to comprehend.

Their name is Mark Smith and looking to get me to provide my bank card number. I was suspious and examined ACS out and find out you will find other individuals who have now been scamed. So I do want to allow others understand I simply acquired this and start to become careful. What otherwise do I have to do.
