Paid Amoco Card Never Cleared From My Credit Report

I received an Amoco credit card back in '97 or '98. It was sent to BP/Citi for collections, but when I paid it off in '00 or '01, the Amoco company reported the account paid and BP/Citi never did. I had no way of getting in contact with them until I found this website, which, ironically, happens to be a rip-off website for fraudulent activity on credit reports.

It is now May '04, and hopefully I can clear this up. Something needs to be done about this company. People's entire livelihood is based on credit score and ratings, and keeping your credit score good is hard enough without jerks like this running around, not taking care of things the way they are supposed to.
