Took money but did not provide goods

I bought a bike from Domacomtel online for people$1065. After making cost, I had been recommended that since the corporation was a dealer, the minimum purchase need was for three bicycles. I discussed a 50% in advance cost and 50% on shipping.

I was subsequently recommended by their delivery organization NicoPost the bicycles had appeared in Sydney, but couldn't be-released until complete cost was created. It was compensated entirely (US$3150).

Following this cost, I had been recommended by NicoPost the bicycles weren't removed by Foreign traditions and must be delivered to Domacomtel to become reshipped. I approached traditions, who recommended me this shouldn't have occurred. I had been also recommended by Sydney post the EMS delivery quantity supplied by Nico Article didn't occur.

I was subsequently recommended by Domacomtel the minimum purchase might currently be 5 bicycles which I had a need to spend an additional US$2000. I told them that I had been not involved and would really like my money returned. They decided to this, but since that time I've not had the opportunity to get hold of them by mail or phone. I'm sure I've been the target of the costly fraud.
