I believe this may be a scam!

My partner and that I desired to purchase a finish of school-year present for the two kids. We approached a business from the title of "MINIPOCKETROCKETS.com." Two nights after purchasing we were educated our charge card was refused. Confused since we'dnot utilized this card in quite a long time because it was reduced. We requested they operate it again. Whilst the kids are seriously awaiting their well-earned present, we get another phone the card continues to be refused. Well, I stated there has to be something amiss using the lender and that I requested the bicycles with my charge card. The bicycles were shipped a couple of days later as guaranteed and all was properly. 24 hours later two more bicycles were on the vehicle to be shipped. I told the vehicle driver it was delivered recently and also the organization should have created a mistake, please send them back. 8 weeks later I had been going-over our expenses and observed two costs for exactly the same organization on two distinct claims. I informed the organization of the mistake, after which informed them again. Lastly they replied, informing me I requested them both occasions and that I am today accountable for a restocking charge of 25%. Now-not just do they need me to cover their error however they were never likely to I would like to understand I had beennot acknowledged for that two bicycles delivered for them. Huh, in my opinion this can be a fraud!!!
