No tracking information after one week

I requested some bicycles for my triplet youngsters from below four weeks before. Though two bicycles came in fourteen days, another is MIA. Try explaining that to three 2-year-olds who understand need to reveal two bicycles. It's absurd! Despite the client support group investigated the problem, they mightnot have it directly. I had been supplied a following range and was informed my product had delivered but 1 week later, there's however no following info. It was a costly purchase, making their negligence exceptionally annoying and undesirable.
