Overdue charge cost - fraud!

Deadline 1/13/07 - named to create cost by telephone was recommended required checking acct. Nmbr. And there will be a 15.00 chg. Or might spend online to prevent charge. Visited pc to pay for online where cost wouldn't be overdue, didn't consider check-book with me, they don't take bank cards. Had settled online before - car feedback for routing nmbr. But didn't auto feedback acct nmbr. Went online on my lender and delivered cost by doing so, publishing bill - Obtained expenses on 27th, charged a late charge of 29.00 - named and talked with Paul #1187 and he recommended me given that they didn't have cost in by 5pm about the 13th a late charge used. I recommended him I'd bill that it had been compensated before 5pm on 13th - he explained because it wasn't on the site it didn't depend that I ought to have pd the 15fee it'd have now been cheaper - or pd faster also it wouldn't have now been overdue, I thanked him for his suggestions about just how to handle my hectic routine but cost was delivered promptly.
