Thane refuses to refund unauthorized overcharge of $200

I bought an Ab-Doer Perspective from Thane in March. I named in April to provide a brand new creditcardnumber, however the repetition transformed my regular payment standing in the decided $56 to "spend entirely" without my agreement and without telling me of his error! I noticed the cost of $256 on my May bank record and named Thane. I had been educated they might just return $25, because which was the total amount that realized what I really owed, however they couldn't repair their error.
