People, don't let them get away with it. Can we initiate a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?

I have been through the mill with them, they try to get us to do the $1,500 a month thing. I did it once and said no way they foreclosed, I got an attorney and with God on our side, we won. They settled. The whole time this was in litagation (about 18 mos), we did not have to pay the mortage, so they lost 18 mos worth of payments because of their stupidity.

I know they scare you. No one wants to lose their home, but this is what I learned.

1) do not talk on the phone - put all requests, agreements, etc, in writing - certified if possible.

2) get a lawyer, yes it's more money, but they don't pussyfoot and act stupid with your lawyer.

Let's see if we can do class action
