Homecommonigs Financial A GMAC Company ripoff they are no help what so ever, do not return calls, would not help us!

Ok I have read pretty much every thing on here and I would like to say the same thing has happened to me and my familly. When I bought my house we were a 3 income familly then I had a baby and I stayed home to raise him. Then we went to a 1 income familly. Well we would get behind in our mortgage but always were able to catch up somehow.

Well in july we started to get behind again but there was no way we could catch up, they said they could break up what we owed which at the time was 3 months worth of pmts so instead of my normal payment which I couldn't really afford, they would make my payments to I'm guessing $2000.

We couldn't afford my mortgage at what is was at much less if they raised it to that. They had us fill out this work out packet which had all of our information expenses etc. Then they said we just do not make enough to keep the house. Well come october by the 15th we were 3 months behind they contacted a lawyer and we recieved the letter from the lawyer stating if we did not pay it was going to go to forclosure on nov. 1st. They did not even contact us no letter from them stating they were goiong to contact a lawyer.

Now my home is gone they auctioned it on the 1st. And I have to find a place to live. They are heartless and do not care I can't even begin to tell you how much they I racked up in fee's with them and now lawyer fee's on top of that. If there is a class action suit please contact me
