Saxon Mortgage
Failed to help straighten out mortgage, now foreclosed on

We got behind on payments while i was waiting for SSI to kick in, but kept making payments, just couldnt catch up. A lawyer saying his company worked as a go between for Saxon sent me a financial report to fill out, did it immediatley, and was told they were working on a new payment plan to make it easier.
We went back and forth from Oct 08 to April 08
very little response at first, then nothing! Wouldnt answer phone, e-mail, or letters!
Then I had trouble getting in touch with lawyer!
Finally, i got a foreclosure notice! Now, i have lost my home of 32 years!
I filed a report with the Attorney generals office in Tx
something is not right with them
hopeully, they will be checked out, and something done soon
