Wachovia Scammer's all of them!

This is my story about Wells Fargo Home Mortgage;

My Mortgage was bough out from Wachovia, by Wells Fargo. I received an escrow statement in December. Looking that over I saw that payments only ran though, to April. I called them right away and asked them why this was. The person on the phone said to me; " That was the last time that you paid your payment." Well I told her that I have proof that all payments are up to date. She then told me what I needed to do, and I followed though with it all. I called them to make sure they received all the paper work that I sent in. They said they did and they will do their investigation. They said they would let me know as soon as it was completed. I received a letter in the mail stating, that they were correct and I owed them the seven months back payments. Of course this is not true. I asked them where are my monthly mortgage contracted payments going? They did not have an answer. They are a fraud and they need to have a lawsuit against them. They have defrauded so many people and nobody seems to want to help. People are losing their homes because of this and someone needs to put a stop to them NOW!!!

I also have tried to get a home modification, however they continue to say I need more paper work.

We all are homeowners and need help.

I think it is time to start a class action suite, or an attorney out there should jump at the chance to start a lawsuit. It looks like a shoe in with all the people they have defrauded.
