Unknown $1,664 Account Appeared on My Credit Report

I am trying to buy a home. The finance company ran a credit report for me, and Citifinancial was listed. It showed a balance of $1,664. I have never had an account with this company. I would remember any purchase of that amount.
The finance company gave me a phone number from their list, but it is not a working number. I checked online without any luck. It is as if they do not want you to get ahold of them unless you want to place an application.
