Late fees/customer service

Worst organization actually!!! I've been billed numerous late charges, despite my cost have been prepared and cash have been obtained from my bill. Our loan was divided into two, one was in a prepayment standing, and did not require cost until November, then they didn't deliver me expenses for my additional mortgage, leading to MORE late fees. I attempt to contact them, I had been placed on store for near to an hour or so, totally inappropriate. The corporation is ineffective and really should be embarrassed.
