Since td bank required my mortgage over and the financial institution i'd it with, i have had only issues.

First, i shut a security deposit box around 2006 or 2007 and that i still get updates declaring whether it's not compensated they are starting ther container. I say well open it already. This really is once they sucked my account dried for previous rental costs. I shut that checking account that was open since 1996.

Today i am stuck together holding my mortgage. Because doing this i have had a lot of late fees put into my mortgage, when it is been paid promptly. After i was late they did obtain additional $13.40, however it was always paid in the months period. However on my credit history they reported more than 60 days late. Thank god i've all my bills.

Iam sure iam not the only real client having this issue. I wonder if your couple of us meet up an document anything against them when they need to resolve this. One more thing... I've to visit another town to pay for my mortgage. My town bank cannot actually procedure it... Discuss convenience.
