Fraudelant Mortgage Practice Ripoff

I have had HSBC credit my mortgage payment to the wrong account two months in a row. They reported the mortgage as being late to the credit agencies and have added over $300 in late fees. After getting the money sent to them from the other account, they are still reporting it as late. Lst month they recieved my check before it was due and cashed it two weeks late then reported it as late and added more late fees. I have proof they recieved the check on time but that doesn't seem to matter.
I would like to start a class action lawsuit but need others to join me. I am writing my congressman and have filed a complaint with the FTC. My credit is ruined because of HSBC's horrible practices. How can they still be in business? They are criminals and need to be shut down. No one seems to be able to help me.
