Ripoff, irresponsible, unconcerned, very slow, dishonest

At the time I was looking for a personal computer, I saw the ad on television and called it in. The agreement was to pay $155.00 off of my account for 3 months, then I would receive the computer. They got all my information.

2 days later, I called and cancelled to unforseen circumstances. Severe circumstances. I did it in plenty of time, actuallly 1 full month before. I even sent the letter in.

I find out that a month past and they still hadn't done looking at it. I was charged the $155. I have been calling the past few days, and been placed on hold for almost an hour, 30 minutes, and 20 until i finally got a hold of someone. They keep giving me the run around. They charged me again. I called my bank but it was too late, they did it before the date they did last time.

This company is very untrustworthy. They say they only have 1 supervisor. They are always telling me, that the auditor will look at it and give me a call. Bunch of crap. Don't buy. They are dishonest, and very rude. As long as they get your routing numbers, your screwed. Be wise and fore warn.
