Debited my account for $299 with promise of $2500 credit card. After numerous calls I still haven't received it. Rip-off!

In Feb. I was solicited via phone to receive a $2500 guaranteed credit mastercard for a payment of $299.00 to be debited from my checking account on Feb. 20. The transaction took place, my account was debited and after numerous calls, I have still not received anything but promises that they would look into it and get it immediately in the mail to me... It was the same woman who answered the phone each time and assured me each time she would fix the problem.

Finally, I contacted them at the phone no. Given and demanded a refund which she told me would take 5 - 15 business days to occur. This has not happened and it has been 24 business days. I attempted to call again today and was directed to a number 10-10-275-00. I want my money back... Not the card.
