Late fees and customer service!

The headache started in April after I obtained my record late. I named Pursuit and also the repetition assured me when I submitted my cost also it was obtained in per week there could be no late fees. I settled the total amount that evening with my online bank program guaranteed that it had been settled entirely. $17.00

Since I thought my stability was compensated, used to donot locate a statement within the weeks of May and July (thought these were spam.) Fortunately in September I happened to start a payment record and was amazed to locate that I owed $48.00. (rate of interest 3 @15.00 late payments).

I named Pursuit and talked to some repetition (very hard to comprehend) so when he explained he couldn't assist me I requested to talk to a supervisor. After one hour of really rude customer support the supervisor decided to remove among the late charges, showing me that I'd owe $33.00. I settled the total amount once more with my online declaration.

Today I received another declaration evaluating me another late charge. After I named Pursuit I requested to become attached to a boss. She was just like rude whilst the first one and declined to look after the unjustified costs.

I can not support but wonder if this is not a fraud. I'm really amazed that two trustworthy companies for example Pursuit and Amazon might have such bad customer support and need to rip-off customers.
