This company took my money and did not follow through with their agreement

I had an agreement with PaymentReduction.com. They told me if I followed my payment scedule, I would be out of debt in 36 months or less. I stuck to my payment schedule and they did not honor their agreement with me.

They sold my account to Brite Credit 1 2 3. Both companies took out their fees but did not take care of my debts. I am being sued by Bank of America on October 7.

I am trying to come up with the money. My credit is ruined because I went into a program like this. I don't think I can find someone to loan me the money, even if I can, I probably won't be able to afford the high interest it will be.
