This company took my money and did not honor the agreement I had. Now I am being sued by Bank of Amercia because of their failure to do their job

Brite Credit 1 2 3 is a debt settlement company. They purchased my account from PaymentReduction.com. They have done nothing but take out their fees each month.

I did not know they were not working on negotiating my debts untill I was served papers. I sent them a copy of the papers. I heard nothing from them so I called them. They told me they could not help me.

I told them I was turning them over to the Attorney General. They said in that case they were dropping me as a client. As of October 7 Bank of America is suing me.

I don't know what to do. Because I went into a program like this my credit is ruined so if I could find someone to loan me the money the interest will be so high I won't be able to afford it.
