Took money out of my account when i have never ever had a loan

I believe that is completely discusting. This location has required cash out-of my bill. I've worked bloody difficult for my cash and today am being informed that I might not obtain a reimbursement for some time easily ever get one and there's no-contact number or every other specifics for this company what-so ever. I'm so furious and annoyed it generally does not clean considering.
