I reside in Al without work because of the Gulf Oil Leak.in April after I obtained the phone call from Etour concerning the bundle, I had been informed I really could stop the package anytime. I've not obtained my bundle up to now but just have costs on the CC statement. Being that my charge card is my only source of cash right-now I had a need to stop the bundle and so I might release the cash to purchase gasoline and food in this difficult time. I named Etour to obtain a reimbursement on my charge card & the consultant "Floyd" wasn't accomodating whatsoever. Just about hard luck. Following a hot discussion, I required his director "Eric" who mentioned was the guide boss, by which I extended to request my situation, seeking a credit on my card. I had been appauled by his response after I told him I had been unemployed because of oil leak. He said "nicely where would you function, how have you been with no employment"... Stated I really could market the bundle or consider the holiday. He clearly chose to perform unaware. No method for me to leave at this time. Dreaming about more assistance in this challenging period that the gas has not struck south California & I truly wish it generally does not but he simply might be with no employment herself quickly. Occasions are difficult and Americans must discover right now that people all must assist each other & stay together during struggles and avoid offending business associations.
