Cost Us Our Home!

We paid them 1700.00 up front in January of this year. Since that time they have given us excuse after excuse. No matter what we received in the mail from our Mortgage company. Solomon Marci, Mary Baker, and Aren Anderton would tell us the exact opposite and make us feel like we were wasting their time and being very annoying. Even though we had it in writing and we would confirmed it with our mortgage company. Now we are in foreclosure and our home is to be sold on 10/04. When I contacted Solomon Marci & Aren Anderton and told them that we are being foreclosed. They both told us that they had spoken with our mortgage company and they agreed to stop the foreclosure for 90 days. When we contacted our mortgage company. They informed us that this is not true and our home will be sold as scheduled.

Look for attorneys that handle legal malpractice. We are currently suing the above people and Summit-Legal and William O'Toole. William O'Toole has been suspended by the Florida Bar Association.
