Fraud, rip off

I had been online searching for loans. I was not finding anyone I trusted, (after I had already entered my secure information, ie: bank account information and social security number) I am in the habbit of reviewing my checking account on a daily basis, when I noticed an unautherized charge to my account. I contacted my bank immediately and they told me to contact the number listed with the unauthorized charge. I did and was told "I am so sorry, yes this is a fraud" and that my money would be refunded immediately.

This did not happen so I proceeded to call again where again they stated that they were sorry and that they would excalate this matter and that my funds would be returned within 7 to 14 days, in which I responded that would not be acceptable to wait that long and stated that I wanted the number to the accounting office, again another excuse was given to me that he had no controll of the matter and did not have a phone number for their accounting department. I stated I wanted to talk to a supervisor, I was again given the run around when they stated that all the supervisors were in a meeting.

I demanded that the meeting be interrupted and I be put on with a suppervisor. After a long argument a so called suppervisor came on the phone. They stated they would contact the accounting department and my checking account would be refunded in 7 to 14 days. Again I stated this was unacceptable and asked to the corporate office phone number, US company name, and the complete address. I was given false information. The phone number was another one to there call center. The email address led me to a list of complaints from several people. This is an illigally run business.

They will not give the corporate phone number or address. This same company has called me recently, after I had contacted them, and threatened that they were suing me for $5000.00. I have complained to the customer service phone number, they stated that they were sorry and it would never happen again. I told them that I am now disabled and am no longer able to work, and that I could not afford any money being taken from my account. The assured me that the money would be returned. Not true. All lies!
