Inc. Fraudulent Unauthorized Billing to checking account

Upon reviewing my bank statement, I noticed an unfamilar charge showing as MYPERFECTCREDIT INC POS 877-4697373 CA US with a number following. I immediately called the number listed. I explained the charge I found debited directly from my personal cheking account.

The representative at the number listed asked if I had ever been a member of Clear Credit. I stated, "no."
I haven't ever heard of them and I would like to know how they have my personal checking account information, and who authorized them to debit my checking account? She stated she did not know but acted a little alarmed, stating she has received several calls about this company regarding charges to credit cards and checking accounts from people who are not members of MyPerfectCredit INC. She stated she needed to point this out to her supervisor. She then asked for our credit card info. So that a refund could be issued. Well, lets see they should have that info.

Somehow they got our information without us knowing so why now would I give this information to a 3rd party? I feel they should have to trace back into their billing records to locate it. They have my home phone number, I did give them that so they can contact me regarding this situation. I will be contacting my bank on Monday to talk to them about this matter. I haven't ever authorized MyPerfectCredit INC to charge my checking or credit card. I have never been a member of their web site and have never joined their web site.

I have no user name for their site and no password. Somehow this company has my personal information and charged my personal bank account. I would advise all who use the internet to pay bills ect., to be very careful. I hope my matter is resolved and there are no further charges on my account from this company. Just wanted to give everyone the heads up. Pay close attention to your bank accounts, and your credit card statements to safe guard against unauthorized activity like this.
