Ripoffs turned Disabled person into collections when account was current

I became disabled and not working. I acually have electricity going through my spinal cord now. Anyway I fell behind in GE Capital Payments. Killer late payments and interset. They would call every 3 days demanding money. When I had some momey I would give them some, with the understanding I would catch completly up when I recieved my first disability check.

I did this, I phoned them this time and payed $600, the minimum payment was only $200 so I wasn't that far behind. I was personaly told at that time that my account is OK. A Week later they called demanding the entire balance, $4000, of course I don't have it. They said my payment was recieved 3 HOURS TO LATE.

I made this payment over the phone, I wonder if they took money from a disabled person, knowing what was about to happen. I have been turned into a collection agency, who is now calling saying a lawsuit has been filled to collect.

GE CAPITAL took $600 from me, then turned me into an agency, What the! #$! Because of 3 hours!!! When my account was caught up and current when they turned me in! I did write a letter asking an explanation but I never even heard back from GE Capital, the next correspondance I recieved was from the collection agency.
