Insurance Claim Rip Off

JP Morgan Chase Mortgage is a joke. We received an insurance check for roof repairs, and they have a different set of standards for their customers. We are currently in a loan modification, so we have to send in all these notarized forms to receive 1/2 of the money for the repairs. When the repairs are completed, they will send an inspector out and will then release the rest of the money. This is discrimination. If we were "current", as they put it, we would have access to all the money and could do "whatever" with it... They couldn't care less if the roof is repaired or not. What kind of business is this? This has got to be illegal. How do they even stay in business with practices like this... And get away with it.
