I hired these crooks in December to save my home. They promised if they didn't I would get my $695.00 back. January the sheriff showed up with a 24 hour notice of eviction. I called Baker and faxed over the notice - and they actually did get me an extension. But then Randy told me to send him $1250 he said he would get my mortgage company (Yale Mortgage the worst) to agree to a rental agreement until we could get the modification through. I never got a confirmation of that - they only got my money. Then we had to go to court and I had to pay $500 to that attorney they have Mr. Dowling I think his name is. Then they were going to charge another $500 for his fees and I emphatically said no and they did anyway. I then lost my house. I never did get any kind of confirmation of where my monies went. It caused us much grief.
