Ripoffsaying house on hill is in floodzone&loss of papers

My loan started in in 1989 with MMS Mortgage, And has been sold 3 times. Wa. Mu. Has had the loan since May.in Jan. Of 2004 they send me letters telling me I need flood insurance.

After a month of lost faxes to send them legal papers showing they are wrong, and numerous phone calls I am told it is taken care of!!! Wrong

They have opened an Escrow account and threaten to add it to the auto deduct of my checking. The checking account is not with there bank. I have requested that they send me what they think my loan agreement says in it.

They will not send me a copy (they do not have one). Also I have made extra payments and they do not show them. The payments where made before they purchased the loan.

I told them I have statemnts and check stubs to back this up. The pay off date has not been changed they say it will not change, but if you make extra payments it will pay off sooner.

On 3/20/04 I will be talking to an attorney who is a friend to help me out. Reading some of the stuff on various web sites it sounds like there might be grounds for a class action law suit.

They have said I broke my loan agreement Who would of thought that they could be so stupid.
