Tried to scam me, too!

I received a letter in the mail stating that "based on city and county records" I "may have been overcharged or miscalculated several thousand dollars. While refunds vary, amounts owed can range as high as $1,500 to over $7,800.00."

I was immediately skeptical and so checked their phone number out on Google first. Lucky I did or I would have called them. My husband is on commission and we are in dire financial straits. A scam at this point would have pushed us over into bankruptcy.
