I was woken up this mornning by a loud knock on my door. I wasn't even dressed, the man said he was going to take my Van. I told him no Iowa Law say if it on my ground he couldn't touch it. But this didn't stop him at all he had it hook up to his truck and when running to his truck to move it. This man didn't ask for the keys or anything, reminding you I have no clothes on but a rub, he started to drag the van across my driveway after I opened the door to get my handicap tag out of it and to grab what I could. He just about shuffed me in the van with the door as he drag the Van.

Next thing I know he was running up on me as if I was in the wrong. Pulled me out of the Van and snapped the key out of my hand. Threw me down on the ground and didn't say anything. Know I'm handicap, just was in a wreck a month ago hurt my neck and back, know he just hurt my neck even wrose and my back. Not to say my wife was out of town on the cumputer trying to make a payment and everything as this was happening to me.

Now the van is gone I no way to Doctor Office or anything in morning, my Head hurts and my back, I was pushed around like a doll, and drag with the Van. He was in should a here to do this he put 1/4 inch of damage to my new driveway, that the landlord just put in, not saying what damages he did to the Van. Not only do I think you owe me a sorry but know you will need to pay for damage to me and the Van.
