Richard Pepsny what a fraudulant business they have going, nasty, corrupt and very deceptive

I am so disgusted with this company affordable finance/pepsny law firm. Ive gotten nothing but the run around also. I hope if you are smarter than the people that got involved with their scam, you will run and not look back if EVER contacted by this company to do a loan modification for you... I was a couple of months behind on my payment when I was contacted by them. I was working with a girl named nicole, then susan, Not sure what happened to either one of them, all they ever wanted was more papers to be signed or faxed. I did all of the above, assuming as they said my modification would be done in a matter of months, WELL, its been 2 years. I, too, was told not to make my payments, as it would look better and help the modification go through faster and easier, because they said it showed them i needed help... I am in the same boat as everyone else who has contacted this site... Hanging on by a thread, paying more than I can for my house payment, hoping they show a little compassion, KNOWING I want to save my home... I am currently trying to do another loan modification, to help me get back on my feet... Yes Liccardi was involved with it too, As a matter of fact, if anyone wants to see the letter I have been written by them, more than happy to... And the gall of pepsny trying to say hes gonna sue me for slander because I turned them into the BBB, To freaking bad, you asshole, I hope you get what the hell is coming to you, you deserve every bit of it!!! I will not let this go. I contacted everyone on the list I was given, not sure why I received so little response, but I hope they are on this site and that they stick it to his ass too!!! PLEASE DO NOT attempt anything with affordable finance or pepsny law office, they do have an F rating. Im hoping he gets disbarred for the crap hes pulled on all of us, I would also Like restitution too... Im so mad right now!!!
