Cannot Cancel Recurring $59.99 Monthly Payments

I own a website called AUSTRO INDIA.com. It was set up from a US company -ONLINE HOSTING NETWORK. The site costed me close to $12.000.00. One big ripoff. Had one sale (1). Now I can't afford to pay Amazon mktplace every month $59.99 and its impossible to stop payment through cancelation. I just cant get to them. Talking to my bank manager, i have to cancel my mastercard what I find not fair. Why can't Amazon accept an e-mail and cancel this account what never ever did anything for me.
