Cant cancel payments

I own a website called AUSTRO INDIA.com. It was set up from a US company -ONLINE HOSTING NETWORK. The site costed me close to $12.000.00. One big rippoff. Had one sale (1). Now i cant afford to pay amazon mktplace every month $59.99 and its impossible to stop payment trough cancelation. I just cant get to them. Talking to my bank manager, i have to cancel my mastercard what i find not fair. Why cant amazon exept an e-mail and cancel this account what never ever did anything for me. Karl ischovits
