Two days ago I filled out paper work in the office of US Bank, Independence, Missouri. The branch manager said it would take 1 to 2 hours to see if it was approved and he would call me. The next day I called him and got voice message. Now it has been two days and I have yet to hear a word from US Bank. Great customer relations don't you think?
