Key Bank is the worse company in the world, as a ex employee I would NEVER tell anyone to bank with them. They charge fees for every little thing. Even to talk to someone on the phone! The manager I used to work with would leave me and the new girl in the branch for hours, because he was going to get carpet in or something like that. They don't care about anyone but themselves. So don't open any type of account with them.
