MBNA drops my credit line then charges fees then offers to drop my interest rate and lies they did not scumb is what they are

MBNA is scumb for what it's worth they have no morals. This company issued a card to me I used it after awhile I did not use the card I just made my payments this apparently displeased them to no end and they started playing their games. When I would make a payment they would drop my credit line and charge me an over the limit fees. A few months ago my limit was 11,000.00 today it is $6000.00 adding approx 800.00 in fees.in Jan they set my interest rate @17% no more late chargers or over the limit charges for 12 months as long as my payments were on time. THEY LIED today it is 29.98% oh my they forgot to make that ajustment sorry my loss. More fees there should be something we can do to stop this bull any sugestion email me thanks
