NCO Portfolio Management Called and woke me up only to treat me like trash

I called back to create a criticism and also to discover what was happening. The following one was atleast calmer. He offered his introduction. Then I asked to get a boss. He asked if he may help. I mentioned no and requested to get a boss again. He then put on me.
