CBCS were rude and offensive to me. They demanded personal information such as employer and cellular number. Ripoff

I received a collection letter dated January 31, for a debt in the amount of $69.78, from Doctors Hospital of Laredo. I called the number listed on the letter and asked to speak to Mrs. Butler, which was the name on the letter.

The first person I spoke to was a lady named Robin. She was very rude and demanded my employers name and number. I told her that I needed to explain my debt and that it was already paid off by Doctor's Hospital of Laredo. She still demanded my employers name and number, so I told her I did not work. She got mad and she proceeded to ask me how the hell I supported myself and hung up on me.

I called again and soke to another lady who spoke nothing but Spanish and wouldn't give me her name. They obviously have caller ID because she knew my name and knew exactly what I was calling for. She told me that if I didn't pay, that I would get myself into many problems. I asked for Robin's last name and told her that I wanted to report her for being rude and offensive. She told me that No one there had last names and she hung up on me.

I called a third time, and Elizabeth answered. I asked her if she was going to help me, and if she was going to let me explain my situation and she said ok. She then told me that she would transfer my call to her supervisor Jason, and he never answered. I tried to call a 4th and 5th time, but now I get a recording to call back during working hours.
