Fraudulent billing (unauthorized protection fee), lied, harrassed (swore at me on phone), overcharged, sued me

This company should be put out of business and sued by eveyone! They sent me a $1000 credit card in the mail, all I had to do was call to activate. I did and wish I hadn't. My card neared its max a while later and they increased my limit automatically.

At $1500 I had trouble and missed a couple of payments. They started charging me for a "Payment Protection" plan, which I knew nothing about or authorized. I was being charged between 80 and 150 dollars a month in over-limit, late, and P.P. Fees!

I called to set up repayment, and was told 3 payments of $110 would bring my account current. Great! Then while I was making the three make up payments, they were charging me at least $130 a month in fees still, you do the math!

Finally, I could do nothing, my mortgage etc, were getting behind.

It ended up being over $5000 dollars they say I owed them, for a $1500 dollar card. They charged me those fees for so long, just so they could get the balance of $5000, and Sue Me!

Which is what the did, I paid them almost 3000 of the 5000, and missed two payments of $250 (Because I had to catch up mortgage Etc) and they decided to garnish my wages. This is Bull@#!!
