I went in to make a payment outside the building they had a sign that said we will make you dmv payment free. I made my insurance payment and asked the agent some information about the sign outside he said sure he asked for my vehicle registration and he said that my car need to get smogged. I said ok why he said he would change the address where i currently lived. Well long story short he changed my adress in the registration and made a payement without my authorization.

I wanted information he wanted to charge me 260.00 dollars and i told him why for the services and payment to your tags. I never told you i want the payment to be processed. I told i will not pay you anything because you didn't listen to me. You sitting behind your desk punching numbers i was not aware of what you were doing and i left the rude agent. Told Merry Christmas because he gave me a gift of paying my plates. I'm not a thief. I don't need gifts for anyone its not Christmas. That agent should know how to treat people and ask question not assume. These liltle offices of agents are everywhere and they think they cant steal peoples money. Well they are wrong there should be more control over what they do inside their offices.
