Check Paid Once Then Charged Again Next Month With Overdraft Fees

I had a check in May it wasn't charged to my account until June it was paid June 1st 2011.
Here it is July and the same check with an overdraft fee is charged to my account I asked to fax the paper work I have that I got from the bank they told me they had no fax number they will not give my money back and they claim they do not see this on my account although I was charged numerous overdraft fees as well as 173.00 twice two months in a row both was paid. I have all my proper paper work. I want justice!
